Mail Distribution is responsible for the prompt and accurate receiving, processing, distribution, and posting of all inbound, outbound, and Campus Mail.  We also provide departments with supplies and services such as stamps, forms, labels, and postal supplies.  All mail processed at this facility must be paid for with department funds.  In order to ensure timely service, please have all mail to our facility by 3:00pm.  No personal mail is accepted and no stamps for personal use are available for sale in our facility.

This is the dedicated Zip Code for Colorado State University business operations mail.

All mail sent to CSU should use the 80523 Zip Code plus your Campus Delivery Code to ensure timely delivery to the intended recipient.  Update your campus delivery code to ensure proper delivery.

Postage Accounting Form

Sending mail?   Use the Postage Accounting Form to tell us who to charge for postage.  Use this form for 1 piece or many pieces.  *This form is required for all mail that does not already have an account number barcode.

Stamp Order Form

Order your USPS stamps here!  Have smaller mailings and just need some stamps?  Fill out the online Stamp Order Form and we'll send you your stamps or you can pick them up in person.  *These stamps are for departmental mailings only, no personal forms of payment are accepted.

Use this form on your Intra-Campus mail envelopes so they can be reused multiple times.

International mail requires special procedures.  Please review these processes and submit for approval before sending International mail to Mail Services.
