Surplus Property is the reuse, resale, and recycle point for all assets owned by Colorado State University.

We operate a fully functional retail warehouse at 201 W. Lake Street (Map) in Fort Collins. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:30a to 4:00p (excluding major holidays). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amercian Express, Cash, and Verifiable Checks.

Subscribe to this list if you are a CSU employee or student seeking items for University departmental purchase only. A Kuali Account number is required to purchase items on this list. An eID is required to register. Only e-mail addresses ending in colostate.edu will be accepted. These items are NOT available for personal purchase.

Where do you list your items for sale?

Surplus Property receives new items every day, throughout the day. Currently we do not have the ability to list every single item available in our store. However, we list featured items on craigslist with photos, prices, and descriptions. Specialty items and large lots are posted on GovDeals for purchase via online auction. We also cross post items to Facebook and Twitter including social media only specials! Photos of featured items are also shown below. If you are looking for more information or have questions on the items we have available, please call or e-mail us. Or, better yet, come on by and see what we have in stock!
